Mother’s Day: Honoring Gaia

Octagonal Star Quilt Square

Honoring Gaia, led by Kathy Swink, service leader, Jude Lowery

Today we honor Gaia, our Mother Earth. We focus on the oneness of all with the Earth with a video service from The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County (UUCSC), located in Rhode Island, is a flourishing liberal religious community of over 200 members and friends.  Join us for this sermon.  Additionally we have a  presentation by our Children of “Kids School” on ‘Mothers’ and a historical review of our Macon County Quilt Octagonal Star designed by Virginia Wilson that has been restored and is ready to place in its new home on our building.
